Interior limewash services
We prepare and hand-finish interior walls with Vasari Lime Paint for residential customers in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Submit your room details for an estimate; the final scope, written price and project schedule are confirmed with you.
Deposits and scheduling
All payment amounts are in US dollars. The online deposit is 40% of the estimated project price and is credited to your final invoice. Your preferred date remains provisional until paint delivery and wall conditions are confirmed. We reconcile the deposit to 40% of your final written quote.
Refunds and changes
If you decline the final written quote, your deposit is refunded in full. To request that refund, ask about a payment, or discuss cancellation or a schedule change, contact us below. Refunds are handled through Stripe. Any further project terms are set out in your written quote.
Your information
We use the contact details, address, measurements, colour preferences and project information you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, manage scheduling and keep payment records. Those records are stored privately with our website hosting provider, Fly.io. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page; our website does not receive or store your full card number.
If you upload a room photo to preview wall colours, our server processes the photo in memory. The application does not save that photo or its generated wall mask. The site uses browser session storage to restore your quote if you return from checkout. External services used by the site, including Stripe, Google Fonts and address search, may receive network information when your browser connects to them.
Contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Payment and business records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping requirements.
